Kitchen Rental Inquiry

Interested in renting our kitchen? Please fill out the form, and we'll get back to you shortly. There is a minimum of 1 day/wk required for membership. We require $2,000,000 in liability insurance, a damage deposit and a signed agreement for the rental as well as a valid Food Handlers Certification.

To start the process, Public Health will also require information highlighting your business. An inspection and meet with the inspector is also expected before you start.

HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE IN A PROFESSIONAL KICTHEN? (Although we accept a lot of new food businesses into the space, we prefer those who have some professional kitchen experience. The organization of the kitchen, saftey and flow, and level of cleanliness is a reflection of everyone working together to meet their obligaton to keep it clean for each other.)
