Nuoc Cham is a secret family recipe taken from the homes of Vietnam. Sweet, salty, sour and packed with umami.
Fall in love with its versatility as a dipping sauce for dumplings & spring rolls, sauce for rice, salad dressing, noodle sauce, condiment or finishing sauce.
We do our best to use pasture-raised proteins, local and/or organic produce from local farmers, suppliers, and service partners.
Chef & Owner
Chef Thompson is an eclectic individual with a diverse background in both music and food and passionately pursues a life of continuous & experiential learning. Chef currently holds a Bachelor of Music in classical guitar performance, Bachelor of Education, a diploma from P.I.C.A. (Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, and his Level 2 Wine and Spirit Education Trust, and has worked as a chef instructor in both the private and public sector of the food industry. In his pursuit of happiness, he also took a 2-year hiatus from both cooking and teaching to pursue a musical dream that culminated in a Grammy Award nomination in 2010.
